This 500bhp+ beast of a BMW M5 V10 requested a full overhaul. Full interior with leather reconditioning, full exterior with decontamination followed by a full machine polish and headlight restoration all topped off with a carnauba wax finish.
This process was approximately a 20 hour detail, we experienced some challenging areas such as the typical staining around the trim on the windows which we managed to polish out, and of course those knarly exhaust tips. Heavily carboned up, these exhaust tips took some real hard elbow grease but so glad we took the time to bring them up as it really finishes the look, along with the headlight restoration. Heavy scratches and some extensive break down of the surface coat to the top of the light was soon rectified and looking gleaming. Machine polishing this M5 went very well although its always a little difficult with silver paint work to identify the swirl marking caused by incorrect washing techniques, we had to keep a close and keen eye to identify the correction process which turned out a real delight.
